Dear God,
Thank you for providing me enough time to practice for my very first violin recital. Please give me enough confidence, enough that I will not make any impulsive movements. Please store everything in my long term memory because my short term memory is a major fail. Please help me play the pieces correctly, and if ever i will get lost in the middle, help me recover my position discreetly. I ask this to save the embarrassment from my other two players, and to spare my life from the death they'll bestow on me if i mess up. Please bless them both too by the way. Lastly, lease help us enjoy this opportunity and may we all receive your blessings as we perform our best.St. Thomas, pray for us.
